"This is an excellent company and I am very pleased with my new roof. When I first called PD Roofing the owner Peter took my call and came out to our home. He was professional and respectful and provided a thorough understanding of our flat roof and how he would replace it. Peter was on the job everyday and shared photos and updates throughout the entire process."

"I couldn't be happier with my new roof. Peter Dema visited my home the day after my initial contact, along with his son, Robert. They measured my roof, recommended the "perfect" color shingle, providing a sample board with the color options, and provided a quote the following day."

"Peter did a great job on my roof. He stayed in communication with me and started in timely manner. He explained to me why I was having the problem I was having and how he was going to fix it. That knowledge is very important to me when I have work done on my home. I will definitely use this company in the future for bigger projects."

"Peter was the most well-informed, experienced roofer I have ever dealt with. Open and honest, he gave me a workable estimate that fit my budget and he and his crew did excellent work on time, and left my place spotless. He is my roofer for life. I give him SIX STARS ☆☆☆☆☆☆"

"The owner, Peter, showed up, not a salesman. Which was great start. Checked out my roof, gave me an estimate and explained what would be done. Everything was done within a reasonable time just like he told me. The shingles delivered and installed were not the color I ordered. Peter Dema got very upset over the suppliers mistake and did my garage for no charge in order to set things straight."

Peter Dema on a job site
Meet the family
The PD in P D Roofing is Peter Dema
In 1992, Peter Dema put his initials on the side of a truck and started roofing his neighbors' homes. Three decades later, his three sons — Zef, Robert, and Lindon — work in the business, just like their dad always wanted: on the roof, on the ladder, and on the phone. When you hire P D Roofing, you're not hiring a call center. You're hiring a family that answers to you, and to each other.
What we do
Every roofing job, one standard
Homes and businesses — from a single missing shingle to a full replacement or a flat commercial roof, the work is the same: honest assessment, quality materials, and a family-owned crew that cleans up like it was their own driveway.
Commercial Roofing
Flat and low-slope roofs for storefronts, offices, warehouses, churches, and apartment buildings — repairs, replacements, and upkeep that respect your budget.
Roof Repair
Leaks, missing shingles, flashing, and vent boots — diagnosed honestly and fixed to last, not patched to fail.
Storm & Hail Damage
Michigan hail and wind take a toll. We document the damage and walk you through the insurance claim.
Roof Coatings
Silicone and elastomeric coatings that seal and waterproof flat and low-slope roofs — often adding years of life without a full tear-off.
Gutters & Guards
Seamless gutters, gutter guards, downspout repair, and gutter cleaning that keep water moving away from your foundation.
Inspections & Maintenance
Buying, selling, or just worried? Get a written condition report with photos and straight answers.
Skylights & Ventilation
Skylight installation and repair, ridge vents, attic venting, soffit and fascia — the details that keep a roof dry and lasting.
Emergency Tarping
Active leak or storm damage? We secure your roof fast to stop water before it ruins your interior.
